House rules

Dear vacation guests!

In our charming residential and farming quarter, we attach great importance to harmonious coexistence. Our dear Maria also lives in the house and contributes to the warm atmosphere.

For the duration of your stay and your guests, the following regulations apply, which serve to guarantee you a pleasant and orderly stay.

General
If you are missing anything in the accommodation or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items found in or belonging to the vacation apartment, vacation home, balcony or terrace are available for use by our guests. We ask you to handle the furnishings and inventory with care and to treat the rental property with care. Make sure that your fellow travelers comply with the rental conditions.

Opening hours – general
You can enter your apartment at any time with the key we provide. In case of loss, please inform us immediately.

Kitchen
Please ensure that you treat the kitchen equipment and electronic devices with care. To ensure a general sense of well-being, please only put clean and dried dishes, pots and cutlery back in the cupboards. Please use trivets when placing hot pots or similar items to protect table surfaces and worktops. Please always use a chopping board for cutting work. It would also be greatly appreciated if you would leave the oven and microwave in a clean condition after use.

Footwear in the rooms
It is forbidden to enter the rooms beyond the entrance area with street, mountain or ski boots.
There are wooden parquet floors in all rooms, which contribute to the feel-good atmosphere and do not correspond to an industrial standard. We therefore recommend that you bring your own slippers.

Damage
It is generally accepted that nobody damages objects intentionally. However, no one is immune to accidents in which things can break. We would be very grateful if you would inform us of any damage rather than us discovering it after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused and will bear the cost of replacement.

Ventilate
We would like to point out that it is important to prevent mold growth by adequately ventilating the rooms. We recommend airing the room at least once a day for 5 to 10 minutes, especially after showering, to effectively reduce the humidity.

Cleaning
If something is accidentally spilled or dirt accumulates during your stay, we would be very grateful if you would clean it up immediately. On the day of your departure, it would be wonderful if you could leave the apartment swept clean and put the dishes you used back in the cupboards. We greatly appreciate your help and thank you for your consideration.

Pets
We ask for your understanding, pets are not allowed.

Duty of care
We appeal to our guests to treat the rented property with care and to ensure that travel companions and family members also adhere to the rental agreements. It is important that the front door is always kept closed and locked when leaving the house. The same applies to closing all windows when you leave the apartment to prevent damage caused by bad weather or break-ins. We also ask that you use water and electricity sparingly and in an environmentally conscious manner.

Waste disposal
Waste should be sorted according to its type: general household waste, glass, paper and packaging materials.

Please use bin liners for the waste garbage can and the cosmetics bin in the bathroom and ensure that they are tightly closed before placing them in the designated garbage can for residual waste. It is important not to dispose of waste products, food waste, hazardous liquids or similar in the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins or shower trays to prevent blockages in the pipes. In particular, do not throw hygiene products down the toilet.

Use of the Internet
As a tenant, you have the option of using the Internet free of charge via our WLAN access with your personal WLAN-enabled device (e.g. laptop, PDA, smartphone). The use of the Internet is at your own risk, as the landlord excludes any responsibility for possible consequences of Internet use. Please also note the specific rules for using our WLAN.

Arrival and departure
Your room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. On your departure, the vacation apartment/holiday home should look as you found it.

Smoking ban / ban on open fires
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and directly in front of the door. Open fires are also prohibited. Violations will result in charges for the fire department and special cleaning.

Illegal narcotics and weapons
Carrying illegal drugs and weapons is prohibited and will result in a ban from the premises and notification of the authorities.

Night-time peace, order and safety
Of course, we have nothing against an evening full of fun and enjoyment. However, we would like to point out that planned binge drinking and stag or hen parties are not welcome here.

The night’s rest begins at 22:00. Noise nuisance can lead to expulsion.

We look forward to welcoming guests who appreciate the peace and quiet and the special features of our neighborhood.

Parking
Parking spaces are available free of charge and are subject to road traffic regulations. Clearance and protection measures are taken in winter.

Domestic authority
In cases where immediate repairs are required, it may be essential for the landlord to gain access to the vacation apartment, even without the guest being aware of this.

Key/access code
It is essential to keep the keys safe at all times and never pass them on. If the keys are lost, this must be reported immediately. The guest is responsible for the loss and bears the cost of obtaining a replacement.

Liability
The guest/guests are solely responsible for their valuables; the landlord is not liable.

By booking our apartment, we assume that you accept the provisions of our house rules. We thank you for your understanding.

We hope that you will have an enjoyable and relaxing stay with us. Should you have any questions, we are always ready to help you.

Sincerely, your hosts
Gerlinde & Andreas Schreilechner
